Climate babes, World Oceans Day, North Sea Foundation, 30 × 30 etc… Super initiatives and much needed. Perhaps we can do something ourselves good kite surfer habits keep it up. We have made a move.
We say do
- Stop using disposable plastics such as straws, plastic drinking bottles, cleaning cloths, disposable plastic, etc.
- Do not leave any rubbish (plastic, etc.) on the beach. But also, take active waste and plastic with you if you see it.
- Respect the designated kitesurf areas with which you can also respect the protected areas for birds, for example.
- Respect temporarily cordoned off areas. For example, because at a certain moment a rare bird is breeding.
- Separate your waste at home. Much has been said and written about it, but just do it.
- Choose sustainable food and in particular sustainable fish.
- Consume less and reduce your CO2 emissions. Do not do everything that is harmful to nature, but be aware of your impact on the environment and honor and respect nature.
