5-time kiteboarding world champion Aaron Hadlow took the title during the first tour stop of the PKRA. Nevertheless, the two other podium places for the men were for the two Dutch kite heroes Youri Zoon and Kevin Langeree. Youri finished in 2nd place, Kevin in 3rd.
