We will have you at the end of September North Kiteboarding Limited Edition (LTD) kiteboarding course brought to the attention. After 15 to 20 prototypes, this kiteboard has been brought onto the market. We would like to say a little more about this.
This board with its revolutionary shape has to perform very well when cruising upwind. It even has to compete with sailing boats that can light up very sharply 'upwind' or even almost 'in the wind'.
To achieve this, 13 years of Formula windsurfboard development experience has been drawn on. A balance has been sought between controllability (this makes the board not too flat) and maximum upwind cruising (angular wide back of the board and position of the fins).
The tests this board has had have been amazing. In very little wind where you do not feel that you can surf, you can already cruise with this board.
Summary
A kitesurf cruiseboard again gives an extra dimension to our beautiful sport that will be appreciated by a number of kiteboarders, for example those with a windsurfing or sailing background.

So a light defense weapon. But if you really go for the ultimate light weather board, there is only 1 solution… ..a foil board!
The LTD will undoubtedly excel in its class, but the water resistance cannot be compared with a foil board that sails completely on the foil with minimal resistance.
As far as upwind power in the low end is concerned, the kite used will also be of influence.
