This weekend it will happen. After the Dutch Kitesurfing Championship has been postponed 3 times, there is wind on the program this weekend. So every reason to give a 'go' by the competition management.
The Renault Eco 2 NK Kiteboard Freestyle 2008 will take place in Scheveningen on the beach between the harbor pier and the Kurhaus.

The Renault Eco2 NK Freestyle will take place this weekend. With the last possibility in the wind window of three possible NK weekends, the time has finally come. Scheveningen is the scene of the crime, a predicted strong southwestern reason for purebred Dutch kitesurfing action! With good wind forecasts for Sunday, it has been decided to let the Renault Eco2 NK Kite Freestyle continue this weekend. On the Scheveningen beach, the organization will check on Saturday whether single elaminations can be sailed.
Sunday would then be concluded with double elaminations. Finishing this scheme will depend entirely on the wind.
We can still take registrations that arrive today (Thursday, November 6) before 17.00 p.m. at coen@exventure.nl. Surf to www.nkkite.nl and copy the registration form completed in your email.

Sorry. Redbul was not released until Nov 16. I'll be watching :-)
I don't know how you are going to do it, but next Sunday is the redbull beach race at Scheveningen that I think needs the beach from the pier to the pier. Good luck.
