The first storm in 2021 is a fact. Storm Christoph wreaked havoc in the Netherlands last night. At sea it was also stormy during the day with wind force 8 or 9.

Then we are not even talking about the gusts of wind. The strongest gust of wind so far was 127 kilometers per hour and was measured in IJmuiden. Although we like kite surfing with storm, we didn't have time. And let's be honest, with a wind gust of 127 kilometers per hour on the water is not recommended, not sensible and not without risk.

The last storm of 2020 was Bella. Then the strongest gust of wind was 105 kilometers per hour and we went out to the North Sea for a while. Admittedly with both hands on the bar and squeezed buttocks. Fair is fair.
